Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Priority USPS within 12 hrs of your purchase. Shipping rates start at $6 for a Priority Box with a Delivery Confirmation Number. The shopping cart calculates shipping before the "Final Confirmation" check out after you have entered your credit card number. Your credit card will not be charged until you press the "Final Confirmation" button. The calculator figures the correct shipping charge given the variables involved with our product line. If you are concerned please email for a shipping quote.
US sales only. We do not ship outside the 50 US states.
We do not accept any payments from a Non-US address.
All orders outside the 50 US states will be cancelled.
Return Policy
If there is a defect in a product, then the manufacturer warranties the product. We will be glad to pass on contact information for the manufacturer. Firearms must be transferred to an FFL. All Firearms are new from the manufacture unless otherwise stated. Firearms can not be returned once they have been transferred to your name. If there is a problem with a firearm, the manufacture/importer will repair or replace the item for you.
If there is an error in shipment such as we shipped a product different than what you ordered, we will reship the correct product to you at no charge upon receipt of the wrong product.
If you decide to return product for reasons such as " didn't like it, can't use it ", then we will exchange the product for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us before you ship an item back for approval number that must be on the outside of the package and include a detailed description of the reason for return with the item. The only charge to you is the return shipping. Returns of this kind will be done as long as the product is unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns for cash or credit card credit will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Orders that are placed and then cancelled are subject to 5% processing fee which is what we have to pay the credit card company.
No returns accepted after 30 days for any reason.
